With daily scheduled runs, while traveling through spectacular wilderness areas and safely see from the comfort of your seat moose, porcupines, bald eagles, and more all along the Seward highway. The scenery itself is also amazing!
Based out of Seward, Alaska. Locally owned and operated. Red Eye Bus company runs the Seward Highway multiple times a day – year round between Seward and Anchorage. Offering service from Ted Stevens International Airport to Seward Alaska. This includes, Bird Creek, Girdwood, Girdwood Train Station, Hope cut off, The Y-Tern Lake-Cooper Landing pick up location-Moose Pass & Seward Alaska. Early Morning, Mid Day and Late night shuttles.
Established in 2022, after Angel picking Natalie up from a late flight in Anchorage. They found a bus, painted it red & started their daily rides. As rides increased, so did their fleet of vehicles and the Red Eye Experience.

The midnight shuttle arrives in Seward between 1 am & 4 am. They do drop door to door this late & wait for you to enter your location for safety reasons (bears – moose – scary things in the night).
Lowell Point & Shipyard fees apply (+35). If refusal of location drop – Drop at Seward Harbor Masters office.
Red Eye Ride Drivers will not enter any location during the winter that is not plowed or deemed unsafe for our drivers and vehicles

Red Eye Rides reserves the right to cancel any shuttle due to unsafe road conditions. Their vehicles are in excellent shape and equipped with the best tires for our region. However nature has her own way & they only want to provide a safe ride for our passengers and drivers. Your ride will not be cancelled without proper notice – help to get you where you need to get & options for rescheduling or a full refund. This only applies if Red Eye Rides deems the road conditions to be unsafe.
In the event that there is a road closure Red Eye Rides will access the time frame and leave accordingly. Seward Highway is one way in and one way out. Any fatality or act of nature could take up to 8-10 hours to clear the road. We are not responsible for missed travel or appointments due to road conditions, acts of nature or accidents.
It has been our experience that many airlines are aware of the possibility of Seward Highway delays and act accordingly.
Red Eye Rides expects respect and courtesy to other passengers & drivers, reserving the right to refuse any ride at any time. If your ride has ended in a location with no cell phone service or no emergency box – Alaska State Troopers will be called with your last known location and reason for Red Eye Bus to refuse continuance of a ride.
All of their vehicles are equipped with voice recording cameras on the inside and outside of vehicle.

Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to the travel day will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 1 day prior to travel or less are non-refundable.
Round Trip tickers are non transferable and must be used within 90 days or the purchase date.
